RiverFlow Group is a team-building facilitation firm, primarily serving the Philadelphia/South Jersey region.
Our mission is to provide values-driven companies and organizations with unique & dynamic team-building workshops, focused on promoting trust, authenticity, and interconnection.
The name, RiverFlow, represents the synthesis of structure & flow, masculine & feminine, yin & yang.
The river banks support, guide, and direct the dancing, intuitive, flowing waters of the river.
This is the essential wisdom that we bring into every session - to guide our groups along a structured journey, while simultaneously allowing space for what’s most alive in the group field to emerge.

Harry Friedman
Founder & Lead Facilitator/Coach
Harry lives for the energy and aliveness of powerfully interconnected group spaces.
Throughout his college years and early professional life, Harry centered the focus of his work on learning what enables groups of people to deeply connect.
He holds a B.A. in Community Psychology from Empire State College and a M.S.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania.
After a decade of working in the field of education and curriculum design, Harry made a career transition, and started a relationship coaching practice, focused on helping men develop skills for emotional awareness, authentic communication, and relational intelligence.
His 1-1 coaching evolved into an online group mentorship, which then gave way to a series of transformational workshops and retreats.
After leading a particularly impactful retreat in the Spring of 2025, Harry became inspired to adapt his group facilitation work to conduct team-building workshops for companies and organizations, focused on building trust and promoting collaboration.
Hence the birth of RiverFlow Group.
